Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms cover buying and using Zero To Shipped (the boilerplate code, course materials and community) and the website at zerotoshipped.com. By buying or using Zero To Shipped you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Zero To Shipped is made by George Kitanov (“Kitze”), a sole proprietor based in Skopje, North Macedonia. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Kitze; “you” means the person who bought or uses Zero To Shipped.
2. What you get
- Zero To Shipped is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives you access to the private GitHub repository with the boilerplate code, the course materials, and the community Discord.
- Access is delivered by email after payment. You accept the GitHub invitation with the GitHub account you choose.
- The repository, course materials and features may change over time as we ship updates.
3. Your license
- You can use the code to build unlimited personal, client and commercial projects. What you build on top of it is yours.
- The license is personal. Don’t share your access, and don’t resell, redistribute or publish the boilerplate or the course materials themselves, including as a competing template or starter kit.
- We may remove access if these terms are broken, for example if the code is shared publicly.
4. Payment
Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles payments, sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt and invoice. The price is the one shown at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case. Email hi@kitze.io from the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued through Polar. This doesn’t limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. Community
Be respectful in the Discord and other community spaces. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares the paid materials.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. No warranty
Zero To Shipped is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for reviewing, securing and maintaining the apps you build and deploy with it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Zero To Shipped is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, and the courts of Skopje have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep using Zero To Shipped after a change, the new terms apply.
